Recently, my favorite cookbooks for basics with eating “real food” are Lisa Leake’s cookbooks: 100 Days of Real Food: How We Did It, What We Learned, and 100 Easy Wholesome Recipes and her second cookbook, 100 Days of Real Food: Fast & Fabulous. I also enjoy Cooking Light magazine and cookbooks such as this crockpot edition I got for Christmas a few years ago. It has a really good variety of healthier recipes to choose from. Not to mention, Nutribullet also has a couple upgraded models that are more durable and could withstand daily heavy use more easily.
